The module gives an overview of who is and was at the workplace at any given time, to meet the standards of a new legislation. You can log in and out via an app and receive Mannskapslister (crew lists) straight to your phone.
In 2017 a new legislation came into effect saying that every project is required to have a digital list of the persons on site at any given time. The legislation is formed to better the safety, but also to prevent unreported employment. The newly established cooperation means that Effera’s digital crew lists will receive even greater prevalence.
- A lot of our customers need crew lists in addition to the products we already deliver. We are very happy to find a partner such as Effera who already provides a leading solution in the market, sales manager Bjørn André Jakobsen in GSGroup says.
Expanding the cooperation
Having a complete overview of who is on site has in recent times become the responsibility of the contractor, where it before was the builders task to ensure that everyone was accounted for.
- Our long-term goal is to integrate the module into our products, and we are already looking at areas where it can be natural to expand the cooperation, Jakobsen says.
With 210 employees in 14 locations in 9 countries GSGroup has become Europe’s leading provider of advanced sensor technology. The company, with the head office in Sandefjord, has since 1992 specialized in services and systems within data collection and applications. GSGroup has systems for most disciplines in the construction industry, but lacked an effective solution for crew lists. This made it natural to contact Effera.
- The newly established cooperation means that GSGroup can offer our product Mannskapslister (crew lists) to their customers, giving them an effective tool to keep track of who is on site at any given time, says business developer Arild Nesheim in Effera.
